How I take Transfer Factor

The regular dose to improve and maintain a healthy immune system is 3 per day.

Due to cancer my immunity is considered vulnerable, so I currently take 3 Transfer Factor Classic and 3 Transfer Factor Plus per day and will continue on this until I reach 5 years post cancer. Then I will reduce to 4 per day.

If you decide to take Transfer Factor this is how Dr Townsend advised me to start:

First 3 days: 1 Transfer Factor Plus per day
Next 3 days: 2 Transfer Factor Plus per day
Next 3 days: 3 Transfer Factor Plus per day
Continue increasing 1 per day until you reach 6 per day.

I take 2 at a time about just before meals. I would ask that you give Transfer Factor a go for 3 months to really feel the benefits, but if you are significantly unwell you will probably notice a difference in a few weeks. I have found that my health continues to improve.

Before starting on Transfer Factor, when I got a cold/flu it would take me a minimum of 10 days to 2 weeks to recover. I’d love to tell you that I no longer get colds/flu, but that’s not true, you see I’m just recovering from one now (at the time of writing this). BUT…I can tell you that my down time is now approximately 4 days!
